Highlight is seeking a world-class design professional to define visual and interaction language for AI-native software. As a Member of Design Staff you’ll own craft from pixels to motion, shipping high‑fidelity interfaces that feel inevitable and delightful. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to turn ideas into production-ready prototypes, often moving from concept to testable interfaces within hours. This hands-on role requires on-site presence in our SF/NYC office.
