Employment Law Attorney

Duties: Manage all aspects of employment law cases. Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication. Handle medical reviews and negotiate settlements as necessary. Conduct legal research and attend depositions. Represent clients in court and administrative hearings.

Requirements: Active Florida Bar License. Previous Federal Court experience. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet guidelines. Minimum of two years of employment law experience or legal experience with a passion for employment law. Education Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications: Florida Bar License. Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills. Firm understanding of employment law. Ability to handle a caseload and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
