About this Position The Allied Mineral Products IGNITE Program is an 18-month immersive experience designed to develop future business and operational leaders through hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the organization. Participants will complete three six-month rotations across various departments, such as Sales, Operations, Research & Technology, or other key functional areas. Throughout the program, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of Allied's products, customers, processes, culture, and global business operations. Associates will build technical, business, and leadership skills while contributing to meaningful projects that support company objectives. Upon successful completion of the program, participants may be placed into a full-time role aligned with their interests, strengths, and organizational needs.
