Associate Attorney - Employment Law Hybrid

Duties: Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Conduct and defend depositions. Engage in case strategy development and client counseling. Appear in court and at administrative hearings. Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff.

Requirements: Licensed attorney with admission to the Arizona bar. Minimum of four years of legal experience. Experience in employment law or civil litigation preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
