What You'll Do: As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting patients warmly and ensuring a positive check-in and check-out experience. Managing appointment schedules to optimize patient care and office flow. Handling patient financing and dental insurance inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Generating and analyzing Dentrix reports to support office operations. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

What We're Looking For: We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a dental or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of patient financing and dental insurance processes. Proficiency in Dentrix reporting and office management software. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
