CAE Durability Engineer

CAE Durability Engineer · Perform structural and fatigue simulations involving road loads. · Should be capable of performing modal transient analysis. Conduct detailed studies, including root cause analysis, to confirm the effectiveness of design solutions against key performance metrics. · Carry out correlation activities to confirm the confidence level of virtual analysis results against physical data. · Effectively communicate the results with Design & Release teams Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of both internal and external Fatigue tools · Supports technical problem solving for significant quality/warranty issues and TVMs. Awareness of issues and recurrence across AIMS, DURIS, Commodity Health Charts, Standards, Lessons Learned and other CAE groups. · Work on assigned special CAE projects and initiatives from Technical Specialist.
