Real Estate Paralegal

Work Schedule: 4 days in the office, Fridays work from home

Hours: 9:00-6:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities: -Provide substantive paralegal support to multiple attorneys, primarily supporting two partners-Assist with commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing-Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction documents, closing documents, and files-Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions-Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and documentation-Provide additional administrative and legal support to the broader team as needed-Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications: -3+ years of paralegal experience-Prior experience supporting real estate transactions is required-Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred-Bachelor’s degree or Certified Paralegal required-Strong all-hands-on-deck mentality and willingness to assist with administrative tasks when needed-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; experience with Net Documents is a plus-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
