Location: Redmond, WA Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $22.80 per hour Key Responsibilities: Assemble intricate medical devices with precision and accuracy, utilizing small hand tools such as screwdrivers and tweezersMaintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all products meet stringent quality standardsAdhere to established safety, quality, and productivity guidelinesFollow technical instructions and blueprints to achieve exact product specificationsQualifications: Ability to consistently meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends as neededProficient in reading and understanding procedures, safety documentation, instructions, and policies in EnglishCapable of following verbal instructions and effectively communicating in EnglishDedicated to following safety protocols, upholding good housekeeping practices, and maintaining ergonomic standardsWilling to engage in workplace organization initiatives, cross-training, and collaborative teamworkStrong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and reporting safety or quality concernsEagerness to learn new processes, systems, and equipmentAbility to work effectively in a diverse environment and resolve challenges within cross-functional teamsNext Steps: After you apply, your qualifications will be carefully reviewed.
