Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions near Northglenn, CO. You'll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication, learning, and participation in the school environment. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided. Competitive pay up to $65/hour + flexible scheduling Clinical Fellow (CF) mentorship and ongoing support W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain) Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain) Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required Ampersand Therapy is a therapist-owned and operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
