LUMA Residential is looking for a confident, polished, and highly motivated Luxury Leasing Consultant to join our team at Everra Midtown Park in Dallas. This is not an entry-level leasing opportunity. We are looking for someone with strong apartment leasing experience who understands sales, follow-up, closing, and the elevated level of service expected at a luxury community. What You'll Do:
  • As a Luxury Leasing Consultant, you'll bring the LUMA Playbook to life while helping drive the leasing success of Everra Midtown Park.
  • Create an Exceptional Luxury Leasing Experience
  • Welcome every prospect with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
  • Conduct engaging, personalized tours that showcase the apartment homes, amenities, and lifestyle of Everra Midtown Park
  • Identify each prospect's needs and help them find the right apartment home
  • Present pricing, availability, and community features clearly and confidently
  • Guide prospects through the application and leasing process
  • Create an exceptional first impression from the first contact through move-inTurn Leads Into LeasesGreat leasing requires more than a great tour. Follow-up matters.
  • You'll be expected to:
  • Consistently follow up with prospects by phone, email, text, and CRMBuild relationships and maintain momentum throughout the leasing process
  • Overcome objections professionally and confidently
  • Ask for the lease and help prospects make their decision
  • Maintain accurate prospect and leasing activity
  • Work toward established leasing, occupancy, and conversion goals
  • Deliver Luxury-Level Customer Service
  • At a luxury community, every detail matters.
  • Provide attentive, personalized service to prospects and residents
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance
  • Communicate professionally and confidently at every touchpoint
  • Help maintain the leasing office, model, and community presentation to luxury standards
  • Respond to resident and prospect needs with urgency and professionalism
  • Look for opportunities to exceed expectations and create raving fans
  • Support the Community
  • Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
  • Participate in resident events and community activities
  • Support outreach and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the surrounding market and competition
  • Work collaboratively with the onsite team to achieve community goals
Qualifications: We're looking for an experienced leasing professional who already understands the fundamentals of apartment leasing and is ready to bring those skills into a luxury environment. Strong Apartment Leasing Experience is Required You'll thrive in this role if you:
  • Have strong onsite apartment leasing experience
  • Have a proven ability to build relationships, follow up, and close leases
  • Understand leasing goals, occupancy, traffic, and conversion
  • Are comfortable working with leasing and property management technology
  • Have exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Are confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with prospective residents
  • Understand the importance of luxury branding, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance
  • Are organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-upEnjoy working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Are a team player who is willing to jump in where needed
  • Are available to work Saturdays as required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
  • Strong apartment leasing experience required
  • Proven sales and closing ability
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable, insured vehicle
  • Professional appearance and presentation appropriate for a luxury community
  • Ability to work Saturdays as required
