Please note that relocation will likely be required for this opportunity, with the specific location determined based on organizational needs. Position Overview: The Regional Vice President will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight for a portfolio within one of our key markets. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, developing high-impact teams, and ensuring operational execution at the highestlevel. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop multi-site leadership teams
  • Drive financial performance and portfolio growth
  • Implement strategic initiatives while maintaining operational discipline
  • Build, coach, and promote future leaders

Qualifications:
  • Proven success in multi-unit leadership (retail, hospitality, fitness, restaurants, or similar)
  • Demonstrated track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and scaling operations
  • Strong experience developing high-performing teams and succession pipelines
  • High level of personal and team accountability
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style.
