Enterprise Account Executiveđ Location: Remote USđ° Compensation: $170-220K base, 50/50 split (dependent on experience)Iâm leading the search for a high-growth fintech company building an AI-driven platform that automates the back-office. Finance teams are being asked to do more with fewer people. Accounting talent is diminishing/constrained. Companies are becoming more complex through factors like acquisitions, entities, usage-based pricing. CFOs need faster visibility. Finance complexity is increasing faster than finance headcount can scale. AI agents are the new way to plug that gap.
Core Experience Requirements:
- 6-10+ years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience
- Must have closed deals from 400K - 7 figures+
- Experience carrying $1.5-2M+ quota
- Must have experience selling to Finance, Accounting, CFOs, Controllers
- Have experience at an enterprise platform such as a NetSuite/Workday/Coupa Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly relevant:
- Financial workflow automation
- ERP software
- Fintech infrastructure or payment-related platforms
- Vertical SaaS selling into operational or finance teams (AP/AR/Billing/RevRec) Can you?:
- Are comfortable prospecting into CFOs, Controllers, and finance leadership
- Can articulate a structured outbound motion (accounts â personas â messaging)
- View ambiguity as an opportunity and are excited to help build GTM motion
- Have experience with translating technical, complex technology into value prop Nice-to-Have Background
- CPA or accounting background
- Demonstrated career progression and performance consistency
- Domain exposure to financial operations, ERP ecosystems, or finance automation
