Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Responsibilities: E-file legal documents in Pennsylvania and New Jersey Prepare Complaints regarding motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases. Conduct legal research Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Prepare discovery documents, including Interrogatories and responses Coordinate scheduling of Depositions. Assist Paralegals with preparing for Trial Maintain Attorney's calendar. Prepare Subpoenas Draft pleadings and correspondence Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and other relevant documents.

Qualifications: At least 4 years of litigation experience Paralegal certificate or a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or another relevant degree preferred. Experience e-filing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Knowledge of Neos Case Management Software or other related case management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively. Required to meet all necessary deadlines.
