Job Description: Receive orders from physicians for the provision of orthotics and home medical equipment provided by the company. Consult with physicians regarding appropriate equipment for patient use. Deliver standard home medical equipment to patients and instruct on safe use, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Fit patients for custom medical equipment and adjust to ensure patient comfort. Provide patient education on equipment, infection control, and home safety. Complete all applicable paperwork upon completion of delivery to patient. Comply with all organization policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Provide excellent customer service. Other duties as assigned by management. Must be Board Certified
