Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Title and Survey Senior Attorney in Denver, CO. This role involves managing and coordinating title and survey reviews for complex commercial real estate transactions. Duties Lead and coordinate title and survey review for the Real Estate practice. Review title commitments and related documents, analyze title exceptions, and identify legal and commercial issues. Collaborate with deal attorneys to evaluate title matters and develop practical solutions. Manage the title and survey review process across multiple transactions. Supervise and mentor paralegals responsible for title and survey review. Advise attorneys on complex title insurance and survey matters. Requirements Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a large law firm or national title company. Strong understanding of title insurance and survey matters. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Education Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Member of the Bar in the United States. Skills Proficiency in managing complex real estate transactions. Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
