Assistant Branch Support Manager

Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching, development, and performance management, including regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and clear communication of priorities and changes. Oversee the department's recurring operational, compliance, and reporting work, ensuring that all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual responsibilities are completed accurately and on schedule. Manage the creation, updating, and annual review of Branch Operations and Branch Support procedures, and oversee quarterly branch quality control reviews and follow-up. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for branch teams by resolving escalated account, transactions, and operational questions. Use reporting and trends to identify risk, strengthen processes, improve efficiency, and support new systems and initiatives. Create and track Branch Operations Campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of credit union operations, deposit and account servicing, and member service practices. Leadership experience that includes coaching, workload management, and performance accountability. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in compliance-sensitive work. Ability to collaborate effectively with branch teams and cross-functional partners.

Location: Riverside Branch, Portland, with remote work opportunities based on business needs

Salary Description: $63,087.52 annually - $94,631.28 annually
