Position Purpose: To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months - 1 year of production related experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Open, sort and prepare incoming correspondence
- Scan incoming correspondence
- Record specified incoming documents
- Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments and inferior quality imaged claims
- Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors
- Able to lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds

In addition, we produce marketing and training materials, presentation materials, business cards, signage and many other types of printed products. Backfill for FTE as a result of VSP.Typical Day in the RoleThe Print Production Operator's main function is to hand-sort correspondence and stuff it into envelopes for mailing. This includes scanning the barcode on each mailpiece to protect mail integrity and avoid any HIPAA violations. Additionally, they may be asked to help out in other areas, such as package fulfillment. Metric measured include mailpieces processed per hour/day.
