Senior Living Operations & Finance Director

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Business Office Director to provide strategic leadership of the Community's accounting and human resources operations, ensuring financial accuracy, HR and regulatory compliance, service excellence, and continuous process improvement. The BOD leads the broader front desk/concierge function and partners with the Executive Director and Corporate teams to achieve community metrics.
