Responsibilities: Process eligibility applications and resolve applicant/member issues Complete outreach and follow-up activities Document interactions in state and project systems Triage calls to the appropriate agency or business unit Provide respectful, confidential, high-quality customer service Stay current on Wyoming Medicaid policies and procedures Assist with assigned projects and related duties

Qualifications: Associate degree in Human Services or related field preferred, or equivalent experience 2+ years of customer service or healthcare industry experience required Human services experience preferred Knowledge of Medicaid and Wyoming Department of Health policies preferred Strong communication, computer, and conflict resolution skills Bilingual skills are a plus
