What You Will Do: Contact and follow up with prospective clients Conduct needs-based consultations by phone or video Present appropriate coverage options from multiple carriers Complete applications and guide clients through underwriting Maintain accurate client and pipeline records Submit business in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and case support Who We Are Looking For Active Life and Health insurance license Current or recent insurance production experience Experience in life, final expense, mortgage protection, health, Medicare, property and casualty, or a related insurance field Strong consultative phone-sales skills Professional, reliable, and coachable Comfortable managing an independent schedule and pipeline Comfortable working in a commission-only, 1099 environment Position Details Fully remote Independent contractor Commission-only compensation with one of the strongest bonus plans in the industryhigher than average commission contract levels Flexible schedule, set your own hoursoption for in person hands on traininghealth insurance options available.
