IP & Patent Counsel for Tech Licensing

Black Sesame Technologies Inc in San Jose, CA, seeks a patent-focused attorney to join our legal team. The role reports to the Legal Director and is an on-site position, collaborating with R&D, licensing, and external counsel to protect and monetize IP assets. You will draft, review, and prosecute patent applications, support IP litigation and licensing, educate engineers on invention disclosures, and manage the IP portfolio.
