Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour +

Position Summary: CREATIVE Sign Systems is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Professional Installer to join its team in Beltsville, MD. This role combines hands-on installation work with fabrication responsibilities and offers the opportunity to travel nationally to customer facilities across the country. The ideal candidate has experience in carpentry, light construction, installation, fabrication, or a related hands-on trade and takes pride in delivering precise, professional work in customer-facing environments.

Requirements: ·2+ years of experience in a related field such as carpentry, light construction, installation, fabrication, assembly, or another hands-on trade.·High school diploma or equivalent.·Comfortable using power tools and performing hands-on installation work.·Basic understanding of layout, measurement, installation techniques, and jobsite safety.·Ability to learn and apply interior signage, accessibility, and ADA code requirements.·Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.·Positive, collaborative attitude with a reliable and dependable work ethic.·Strong customer-service mindset and professional communication skills.·Ability and willingness to travel nationally approximately 2–3 weeks per month.·Ability to work onsite in Beltsville, MD approximately 1–2 weeks per month when not traveling.·U.S. Citizenship required.·Must be able to pass a background check and drug test and qualify for access to federal facilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ·Travel to customer facilities throughout the United States to install interior architectural signage.·Perform accurate layout, measurement, mounting, and installation of signage systems.·Use hand and power tools safely and effectively in a variety of installation environments.·Interpret plans, layouts, drawings, and installation requirements.·Support the fabrication department during periods when not traveling.·Work collaboratively with installation and fabrication team members to complete projects on schedule.·Maintain a professional presence when working directly with customers and facility personnel.·Follow applicable building, accessibility, ADA, and site-specific requirements.·Protect customer facilities and maintain a clean, organized work area.·Identify installation issues and communicate problems proactively to the appropriate team members.·Represent CREATIVE Sign Systems professionally while traveling and working onsite. Schedule & Travel·Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.·National travel approximately 2–3 weeks per month.·Beltsville, MD onsite approximately 1–2 weeks per month.·Travel may include facilities across the country, including government and institutional environments.
