We're hiring Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanics to join our team serving commercial clients throughout Virginia, Maryland and DC area. What You'll Do:
  • Lead and perform commercial HVAC installation projects
  • Install, replace and upgrade commercial HVAC systems and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and technical drawings
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and deliver high-quality workmanship
  • Work closely with team members, project managers and customers
  • Complete all work safely and in line with codes and industry standards
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment and components
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace[Preferred: EPA 608 certification, state mechanic or journeyman license, OSHA 10/30]
