We are trying to build the US team bigger than the Japanese team that currently consists of 80-100 members.📈 Real Growth Opportunity Early members will have opportunities to grow into future leadership roles as the business expands.🏭 Field-Driven Sales Environment Learn directly from real shop floors through factory visits, customer conversations, and hands-on market development.💰 CompensationOTE: $70K–$120K+ depending on experience and performance. Breakdown:- Approximately 75% of OTE: base compensation and expected overtime earnings- Approximately 25% of OTE: variable commission, capped at 200% of target achievement (paid semi-annually in May and November)
