Director of Legal Operations & M&A Transformation

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director, Legal Operations to lead the legal department’s operations, data, and technology, including M&A due diligence, CLM implementation, and KPI reporting. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will build playbooks, run cross-functional teams, and align processes with strategic objectives. This role requires 12+ years in program management or legal operations, strong analytics, Lean/Six Sigma, and hands-on leadership of technical staff.
