To support a growing recruiting team, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, DVM will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage the full recruitment cycle for Doctors of Veterinary Medicine in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive DVM talent
Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking in the Veterinary Medicine field
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate sourcingRequired qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
3+ years of experience sourcing passive candidates
Familiarity with Boolean and LinkedIn searches
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Avature
Previous recruiting experience in Veterinary Medicine or Healthcare is preferred
