Litigation Paralegal

Preferred Experience & Skills: English necessary. Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all phases of litigation, from initial filing to trial or settlement, ensuring each step is executed with precision. Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, to support our attorneys effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible and well-documented. Communicate proactively with clients, attorneys, and court officials to facilitate smooth case progression and address any inquiries promptly. Utilize legal software to track case developments, generate reports, and manage deadlines, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and managing trial logistics. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide valuable insights to the legal team as needed.
