Quality Control Inspector Bilingual Spanish/English

Reports to: Quality Assurance Assistant Bilingual Spanish and EnglishDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:▪Processing and packaging reviews ▪Pre-op and Operational sanitation plant inspection ▪Assist in plant testing ▪Testing and sampling of products in process and finished items to evaluate product quality and safety ▪During any change to new packaging or products, review specifications for completeness. ▪Assure that all pertinent information is documented appropriately for incoming materials. ▪Enforce procedures and controls to assure that all products are prepared according to the FWF standards and specifications. ▪Check equipment calibration. ▪Daily processing and packaging process reviews ▪Ensure conformance to specifications ▪Report problems or concerns to QA Assistant. ▪Daily review of all QA reports, including HACCP ▪Maintain test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices. ▪Others assignedQUALIFICATIONS:▪One year of QC inspector food industry experience. ▪High School Diploma or GED required ▪Ability to work in a team environment. ▪Bilingual in English/Spanish ▪Ability to handle multiple tasks. ▪Ability to use best judgment. ▪Computer skills (word, Excel, Power Point) ▪Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees ▪Must be available to work second shift and/or third shift, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.\nCompany
