Position Summary:
The organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience or interest in Ozone Therapy and Functional Medicine to join its clinical team on a part-time basis in the Rye Brook area. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced integrative treatments while developing individualized wellness plans for patients seeking comprehensive, root-cause-focused healthcare. Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and wellness assessments Provide ozone therapy treatments and functional medicine–based care Develop personalized treatment plans addressing root causes of illness Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term wellness strategies Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Licensure: Active and unrestricted New York Nurse Practitioner license
Experience:
Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, wellness medicine, or ozone therapy preferred Compensation &
