Pay Range: $65 -$70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Position - Messaging Administrator Location- Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX - Hybrid - (3 days onsite in a week)

Position Overview: The Messaging Administrator (Contractor) provides operational, technical, and platform support for enterprise messaging technologies across IBM MQ, Confluent Kafka, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and TIBCO. This role is part of the Messaging Production Support Team and is primarily focused on IBM MQ administration, while also contributing to support for Kafka and TIBCO platforms as needed. The administrator will ensure stability, reliability, and high performance of messaging environments running across Linux Windows. Hands-on experience designing, building, and administering: IBM MQ (primary required skill)IBM Integration Bus (IIB)Confluent KafkaTIBCO Rendezvous (RV)TIBCO EMSStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across distributed systems. Experience supporting production environments in a 24x 7 on-call rotation. Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems in enterprise settings.5 years of experience. Familiarity with middleware tools and supporting technologies, including:meshIQ Navigator Atrium Orchestrator Dynatrace SplunkJIRAExperience with scripting or programming languages such as Python or shell scripting for automation. Strong understanding of monitoring strategies, operational metrics, and performance tuning.
