Client Service Associate — Not Your Typical CSAAt its core, this role is a client facing Client Service Associate supporting a high performing wealth management team. You'll deliver exceptional service, manage complex administrative workflows, and ensure every client interaction reflects the professionalism, care, and precision our practice is known for. Beyond those foundational responsibilities, this position will also help drive technology and AI enabled improvements across our entire practice — from how we deliver advice to how we support clients day to day. The most forward thinking firms aren't just using these tools to speed up existing processes; they're reimagining the entire client experience. That's the path we're on. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how a modern advisory practice integrates technology in a way that enhances our team's capabilities while preserving the human judgment, empathy, and personal connection our clients rely on. We're looking for someone genuinely energized by being at the forefront of how technology and AI reshape client service — and eager to help lead that evolution within our practice. If you're excited by the intersection of financial services, technology, and AI — and you want to help build something new — we want to hear from you.

  • Strong client facing skills, including client service or customer service experience.
  • Ability to provide responsive, efficient support to a diverse client base.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Basic understanding of finance, wealth management concepts, and investment services
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM/client management systems
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • We operate as an in-office team, where real time collaboration and shared problem solving help us deliver exceptional client service.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field — or equivalent experience in financial services or client support. If you or someone you know may be a great fit for this opportunity, I'd love to connect. Please feel free to reach out to me directly to learn more.
