Desired Qualifications and Experience: Current RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong assessment skills and ability to react decisively in emergency situations Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
