Key responsibilities:
Partner with Product Management to define product scope and translate business requirements into technical designs
Oversee the implementation of multi-agent coordination frameworks and ensure compliance with healthcare data integration standards
Lead the operational lifecycle of AI/ML models, enforcing observability practices and regulatory compliance
Required qualifications:
12+ years of software engineering and machine learning experience, with at least 4+ years in engineering leadership roles
Hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows and multi-agent frameworks
Expert-level knowledge of cloud-native AWS architectures and Infrastructure as Code
Direct experience in overseeing model/agent lifecycle automation and observability tools
Proven ability to communicate complex technical architectures to executive stakeholders
