What You’ll Own Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Help oversee general ledger activity and day-to-day accounting operations Strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance processes Partner with auditors and support audit readiness Analyze balance sheet activity and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve reporting and workflows Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements Support cash reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis Mentor accounting staff and help elevate the team What Makes You a Fit Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of accounting experience Background in Fin Tech, financial services, technology, or other fast-paced growth companies Strong understanding of close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit supportERP experience and advanced Excel skillsCPA or CPA track preferred Sharp analytical skills and a hands-on mindset Why Candidates Get Excited About This Role High-visibility opportunity in a growing Fin Tech business Blend of technical accounting, leadership, and process improvement Chance to build, streamline, and influence Exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives Career growth in a modern, innovation-driven environment If interested, apply directly to
