Benefits
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 Bonus PTO
Responsibilities:
Attract and secure top talent that will ensure a quality Guest experience Provide the highest level of leadership through ongoing training and mentorship Be a hands-on leader by maintaining a consistent presence in the Guest areas Ensuring that all Guests are provided access to all Guest experience programs Lead and manage a seamless Guest experience at arrival and departure
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Minimum three years of experience in a front office role in a hotel, with at least two years in a supervisory or management capacity. Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) (specify preferred systems, e.g., Opera, etc.). High-Level Hospitality or Customer Service experience Passionate Leadership Skills People-oriented Servant Leader Trainer mindset
