Aeronautical EngineerYou will be the Aeronautical Engineer for the Advanced Development Programs – Skunk Works which is responsible for designing and integrating next-generation weapon systems. As the Aeronautical Engineer you will be responsible for driving the integration and design synthesis of Special Mission programs while collaborating across a multi-disciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include: help lead integration and design synthesis across aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation. Support and conduct multi-disciplinary system trade studies to optimize performance and cost. Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supply-chain teams to ensure smooth production operations. Generate and present technical and administrative materials for customers and internal stakeholders. Mentor early-career engineers and champion One-LM culture across cross-functional teams.You are a collaborative engineer with deep expertise in system integration and a proven track record in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Your communication skills enable you to influence diverse teams and mentor the next generation of talent. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven to deliver innovative solutions that have real impact.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's or above Degree in an Engineering DisciplineExperience in airframe structure design and analysisExperience with metallic and composite designExperience with CATIA V5 and or 3DXDesired skills:Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Experience working with LM ClientExperience interacting with suppliers, external customers and Production OperationMRB coordination and supportExperience with hand stress analysisExperience with hypersonic boost-glide systems
