For our client, we are seeking a Crypto Senior Associate to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role supports complex advisory work across digital assets and crypto-related businesses, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment. You will help drive strategy, modeling, and restructuring-oriented analyses while partnering with senior stakeholders to turn market and operating insights into client-ready recommendations. The position also offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to high-impact engagements across transactions and performance improvement initiatives.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $160,000 – $185,000 annually
Responsibilities: Lead operational and financial due diligence analyses on digital asset businesses and transactions Build and review financial models to support underwriting and risk assessment Develop business intelligence and market analysis across various crypto ecosystem participants Identify and structure revenue enhancement and performance improvement opportunities for clients Support and own components of strategy engagements, from market entry to operating model design Contribute to restructuring work for distressed crypto-native businesses as needed Drive entire workstreams from problem definition to client-ready output, mentoring junior resources Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in investment or commercial banking, consulting, or a financial analytical role BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related fields Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Preferred professional certifications like CPA or CFA, or progress towards them Demonstrated interest in digital assets and the crypto ecosystem, either professionally or personally Familiarity with restructuring or Chapter 11 concepts is a plus Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to build 3-statement models with limited oversight BenefitsComprehensive healthcare plans and flexible spending accounts 401(k) retirement savings plan with annual discretionary contributions Paid time off including vacation, personal days, and sick time Ten federal holidays and one floating holiday Parental leave and additional resources for employee wellbeing Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
