What You'll Do: Own the P&L, budget, forecasts, and KPIs Build and lead the sales strategy, including key accounts and new customer acquisition Drive product line expansion and new market opportunities Develop talent and lead change across the organization

What You Bring: Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred 6 to 12 years of management experience with P&L responsibility, ideally in small or middle market manufacturing Commercial orientation with a track record of generating new revenue Strong people leadership and financial management skills Ability to travel domestically and internationally Compensation Highly competitive base salary plus bonus Equity Co-investment opportunity A strong fit for an early-career leader ready for their first President seat, with the backing of a patient ownership group invested in their long-term growth.
