RV Advisor

Responsibilities: Meet with customers to identify RV service and repair needs by listening to concerns, asking appropriate questions, reviewing maintenance history, and coordinating inspections when necessary. Schedule service appointments and communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process. Verify warranty and service coverage and explain applicable provisions, limitations, and exclusions to customers. Prepare accurate repair orders (ROs), including customer concerns, reported symptoms, requested services, and required repairs. Obtain necessary customer approvals and signatures and accurately enter repair orders into the service management system. Prepare and explain repair estimates, expected completion timelines, and recommended services. Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status, additional findings, approvals, and completion dates. Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, warranty staff, and management to help ensure an efficient service process. Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate maintenance and additional services that benefit the customer and their RV.Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Help build long-term customer relationships by providing professional, knowledgeable, and responsive service.

Qualifications: Previous RV service industry experience strongly preferred. Service Advisor or related customer-facing service experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple repair orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. Service sales and production experience is highly desirable. Schedule & Compensation This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with approximately one Saturday per month. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission based on production, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.
