Senior Superintendent - Real Estate Developer

Senior Superintendent Our client is a fully integrated North American real estate developer, builder, and property manager with more than 50 years of experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects across major markets including Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Toronto, and Vancouver. Oversee daily on-site construction operations and ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve construction challenges. Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets established standards. Facilitate regular site meetings to communicate progress and expectations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
