What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support complex instrumentation sales opportunities
  • Troubleshoot technical and application challenges
  • Analyze samples and develop analytical methods
  • Deliver demonstrations, training, and technical presentations
  • Develop white papers and identify emerging applications
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Materials Science; PhD highly desirable
  • Expertise in TGA, DSC, DMA, TMA, TGA-MS, and melting point techniques
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and method development skills
  • Exceptional technical writing and presentation abilities
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, and adaptable
