Laboratory Technologist

Responsibilities: Perform chemical, physical, and mechanical tests following established protocols. Develop, validate, and execute new testing methods for product development and competitive analysis. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as particle analyzers, FTIR spectrometer, UV spectrophotometer, X-Ray Fluorescence, laser particle counters, and air and hydrocarbon efficiency test loops. Record and analyze test data, preparing technical reports for stakeholders. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to testing and equipment performance. Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to support new product development and process optimization. Maintain safety standards and compliance with laboratory procedures, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals and materials.
