Manager-Car Wash

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day car wash operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. Supervise, train, and support team members to promote productivity, safety, and strong customer interactions. Monitor equipment performance and assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. Help identify operational issues and coordinate timely solutions to minimize downtime. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the facility. Manage opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and task assignments as needed. Track supplies, request inventory, and help ensure necessary materials are available for daily operations. Address customer concerns professionally and work to resolve service issues promptly. Support compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures. Assist with performance monitoring, reporting, and ongoing improvements to service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or operations role preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and perform routine maintenance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hands-on environment and remain organized under changing priorities. Customer service mindset with a professional and positive approach. Basic understanding of safety practices and equipment care. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed. Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred: ExperienceExperience in car wash, automotive service, facilities maintenance, or a similar operational environment. Familiarity with pumps, motors, belts, vacuums, or related mechanical systems. Experience coaching employees and improving team performance.
