Senior Federal Litigation Counsel

The Air Force Legal Operations Agency seeks an attorney to represent parties in Federal District Courts, appellate courts, the Supreme Court, and state courts. You will perform rigorous legal research, gather facts, and develop evidence to support AF litigation positions. You must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school, maintain active bar status, and have at least 3 years of related experience; an LL.M. may count toward experience.
