Icon Brand Director Growth, Strategy & Operations

LeMans Corporation seeks an Icon General Manager to lead the ICON brand, shape strategy, and supervise daily operations from our Portland, Oregon office. You will manage budgets, guide product and marketing initiatives, and drive growth across channels, including B2B and eCommerce. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of executive leadership experience in brand management, strong business acumen, and deep motorcycle industry knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site role with travel up to 10%.
