What You’ll Do: Lead and Grow- Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction Drive Performance- Set and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals Develop Talent- Recruit, mentor, andretainhigh-performing teams across sales, service, and operations Customer-Centric Focus- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds brand loyalty and long-term success Financial Oversight- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and key performance metrics Operational Excellence- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives tooptimizeproductivity What We’re Looking For Proven Leadership- Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role Strong Business Acumen- Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, andoptimizingoperations People-First Mentality- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment Customer-Driven Mindset- Commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering customer loyalty Process-Oriented Thinker- Ability to implement and improve systems for efficiency and scalability
