Veterinary Hospital Receptionist / Concierge

What You’ll Do: (Reception / Concierge) Warmly welcome clients and their pets as they arrive at the clinic. Manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and triage client inquiries. Process payments, manage invoices, and maintain accurate patient records in our software. Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming. Provide compassionate support to pet parents during stressful situations.

What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of customer service experience (reception, hospitality). A genuine love for animals and a strong desire to build a career in veterinary medicine. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
