Talent Acquisition Lead - Onboarding & Early Careers

The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment strategy across the organization, including Fiserv Forum, Wisconsin Herd, and related entities. You will partner with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. In addition to talent acquisition, you will own the organization's onboarding program and internship program, ensuring new hires and interns experience a seamless transition.
