Senior Labor & Employment Attorney NY On-Site

Job Description: Provide legal advice on employment law, labor relations, and workplace matters Counsel clients on federal and state compliance, workplace policies, and legal risks Represent clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings Deliver training and guidance on labor and employment practices Draft employment agreements, conduct investigations, and negotiate labor contracts
