Team Member Responsibilities: Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Speak Enthusiastically Make Emotional Connections with Guests Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Keep the Restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-AMaintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Complete all opening, closing, and cleaning tasks as assigned Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Maintaining a positive attitude and adhering to the Restaurant's Core Values Other duties as assigned
